Cause and Effect

What is cause and effect? The cause is the mover. The effect is the outcome of the mover. Is the mover transferring energy? Can we even see this transition? It is invisible. If it is energy then energy is invisible. What is Cause? What is Effect? The words “cause” and “effect” are Platonic forms. Not the letters themselves, not the concepts but the forms. What does Cause look like in this realm. I’ve never experienced it. But how can I know it? Am I born with this idea in me as an innate idea? Are we born with the Platonic dimension in us, both women and men? If a pool table ball hits the 8 ball I don’t know how the 8 ball moved? I see the white ball it touches the 8 ball then the 8 ball goes into the pocket. It’s probably white magic. It’s a miracle. So your telling me that I have potential energy in me when I take a pool stick and hit the white ball in order to knock the 8 ball in the pocket. All I see is progression in objects of a straight line. So this energy is “created” then “destroyed” when the 8 ball lands. But Einstein said nothing can be created or destroyed. I’m baffled. Energy reverberates all around us like God. This might be a proof of God. Let’s stick to the point. Am I the cause or is the pool stick the cause or is it the ground I’m standing on. I think energy comes up from the ground into me then the pool stick then the white ball then to the 8 ball and then through the pocket and back into the ground. Is this how cause and effect work? My question is how do we harness it? Is this possible? Energy cannot be created or destroyed it is curved and permeates the universe. It is not heat. It could transform into heat but energy by itself is unique. Energy can be manipulated even though we don’t understand. Well, to say the least, I can’t, but I’m trying. It’s not even electricity. Energy manifests itself through physical particles (think lightning here). The Einsteinian fabric rides on Energy. Energy is faster than light. If we look at E = MC^2 we can see that the left side must always be greater than the right. Unless it is negative energy (or electronic). Only if the mass of an electron is multiplied by the constant speed of light squared. And Protonic if the proton mass is multiplied by the speed of light squared which would yield positive energy. I think we can create anti-gravity with pure negative energy or positive energy exclusively but bringing them together or using both these states together we can bring ourselves to a closer union with the fabric.
